Feelings Grateful Whole Day Long
1. Spend a few minutes when I wake up in the morning. Smile and then reciting affirmations like this:
“I am so grateful for the day and the bright sunshine in the morning.”
2. Prepare myself for the day then allow a fully feelings of gratitude for the people who close to me (e.g. Family).
3. In my daily activity, sharing love is a great thing. Finding something appreciative to say to the people around me. My pure heart did it without expecting anything in return.
4. Finished my daily activity. Prepare my self to take a rest with grateful feelings for the best day in my life and then reciting affirmations like this:
“I am so thankful for the day that I’ve past and the great thing that I’ve did.”
“I am so grateful for the day and the bright sunshine in the morning.”
